PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We successfully completed the hydro demolition of 7 No. Concrete Lamp Post Bases using advanced hydro blasting techniques. Utilizing our state-of-the-art 2500 bar unit, we were able to efficiently remove unwanted or defective concrete while ensuring the integrity of the existing rebar. Our hydro blasting method offers numerous advantages:

  1. Precision Removal: Hydro demolition allows for precise targeting of defective concrete, effectively removing it without disturbing the surrounding material.
  2. Non-Vibrational Process: Unlike traditional mechanical methods, hydro blasting produces no vibrations, thereby safeguarding adjacent structures from potential damage. This is particularly important in urban settings where nearby buildings and infrastructure must remain unaffected.
  3. Rebar Preservation: Our process ensures that the existing rebar remains undamaged and intact, ready for immediate recasing. This not only speeds up the repair process but also maintains the structural integrity of the lamp post bases.
  4. Eco-Friendly and Safe: Hydro blasting uses high-pressure water jets, making it an environmentally friendly option that reduces dust and eliminates the need for harmful chemicals. Additionally, it enhances safety for our operators by minimizing exposure to silica dust and other hazardous materials.

In summary, hydro demolition with hydro blasting is a superior method for concrete removal in lamp post base repairs, providing efficiency, precision, and safety. Our 2500 bar unit exemplifies the cutting-edge technology we employ to deliver top-tier results while protecting existing structures and ensuring the longevity of the repairs.
