We were commissioned to remove multiple layers of old paint from the bottom half of the hull of Oileán an Óir, a vessel in need of careful restoration. Utilizing Ultra High Pressure washers, we were able to efficiently strip away the layers of paint without damaging the underlying hull. The project was completed with a strong focus on environmental safety. All paint layers were carefully collected during the process, preventing any contaminants from entering the water, and disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations. Our eco-conscious approach ensured that the surrounding marine environment remained protected throughout the operation, and the hull was fully prepped for a fresh, protective coating.
